Katie Gray
Katie has lived in Charlotte for nine years and graduated from UNCC with a BS in Marketing. After obtaining her NC & SC real estate license, she first worked for a project management firm and then with Keller Williams Realty. She has a proven track record in performance and client satisfaction and excels in the art of negotiation. Katie serves buyers, sellers and investors throughout the Charlotte area.
As a Realtor® at Keller Williams, she has had advanced training which includes real estate law, construction, appraisal, finance, negotiation, marketing, conflict management and coaching. Annually, she participates in continuing education classes, seminars and training sessions to keep her one step ahead other agents. Real estate is always evolving, especially in the Charlotte area market.
Katie is a devoted Panthers fan! When she is not working, you can catch her at their home games. Also, she loves to travel and play intramural sports (kickball and bowling). She also is an event coordinator for the Military Family LifeStyle Charitable Foundation, and also a member of St. Peter’s Church, the World Affairs Council, the Mint Museum and also a Center City Ambassador.
High Honors: Katie was awarded the 2007 5-Star Real Estate Agent Best in Client Satisfaction Award which is awarded to only 6% of real estate agents in the Charlotte area.
